La visite à Lusaka en février 2005 du ministre délégué à la Coopération, au Développement et à la Francophonie, M. Xavier Darcos (conjointement avec son homologue britannique, M. Hilary Benn) a notamment permis la signature d’un aide-mémoire sur la coordination et l’harmonisation de l’aide à la Zambie.
